Ive had dozens of pairs of costas and loved them all. I dont have them anymore and customer service is the reason. I sent a pair off one time and didnt hear back for 2 weeks so i called them. they told me it will take another 2 to 4 weeks to get them back to me. When I asked why it was taking them so long, the lady told me that it was spring time and a lot of their employees are working shorter hours so that they can get out on the water more.
. I didnt know what to think and swore I'd never buy another pair again. Although I did hand the phone to my wife and she managed to have them back with in a week.

They are nice, I crack them all the time. Excellent customer service. love 580's have couple pairs now. Just got hooked up the the "driftwood" style to keep it still tippin'

Crab mustard is good
Every pair I see has a "ring around the lense". No one has time or money to keep sending glasses to be repaired.
Service shouldn't even be a factor. You shouldn't need the service department.
Fix the problem with the product. Cause right now the $5.00 glasses next to the register at the gas station are just as good as Costa Del Mar.
Time to wake up....Lots of other choices for glasses.

The short story is I got mine back this weekend in the mail. 1 month later....cost me $42.00 my frames were discontinued so they sent a brand new pair......good or bad I don't know...glad I got them back
