Bottom Fish- COD?

Hey Folks,
Anyone been out and have a good bead on Cod/bottom fishing around Stell-Bank?
Heading out tomorrow-
If so, boat or jigs been the hot ticket?

Yes....deep water east of the bank 250-300 feet

Bottom fishing was slow over the weekend.

Hey guys, thanks for some info, pretty much what we have in the plans to go east of bank and work the high spots.. buddy also picked up couple of tuna between bank and Wildcat on Saturday..

used clams for over two hours didn't pick up not one dog fish!!

All our fish, Cod- Haddock and Cusk were found on the East side of the bank from Middle Ground up to the NE corner.
Couple of the biggest Haddock I have seen out there and mostly barely legal and smaller Cod with a couple bigger ones in the mix.
Hard ground on top of bank produced BIG Skate and Dog's
Bait and Jigs did the trick.
Also allot of Bluedogs around and Small/Medium tuna busting and doing sweet acrobatics all over the bank from North to South.
