Monday May 23 tom skrinvich, ralph "loose lips" battled tough weather with easy limits of cod. Second boat with capt. bill limited out for ned doyle and gang from connecticut. Tuesday, south 25, fog, fishing insane for Bill Schott of ct. Packed it in at 905 a.m. Too many fish! Never better! some dates left.

You can fish ten if you want, there is no limit on the number of hooks however an angler can only use one rod at a time when fishing for multispecies. There use to be a restriction of two hooks per line and that was removed in I believe Amendment 16

(a) Recreational gear restrictions. Persons aboard charter/party vessels permitted under this part and not fishing under the DAS program or under the restrictions and conditions of an approved sector operations plan, as specified in §648.87(c), and recreational fishing vessels in the EEZ, are prohibited from fishing with more than one line per angler, and must stow all other fishing gear on board the vessel as specified in §648.23(b).
