Bigger fish? Mid Novemberish is prolly a safe bet.
ya thats what i was thinking
Clint - The past couple of years (more 2007 and 2008), there was a "big fish" bite at Peaked Hill the first couple weeks of August. Obviously not definite, but it's worth a shot...
Although, we picked off some nice fish on the troll in June and the beginning of July last year.......just close your eyes and throw darts at the calendar!

And the weather's much, much nicer
yeah iv been looking it up, people seem to produce the giants around July and August, thats what im gearing my boat up for now.
We took off the Week of October 10th last year and we were blown out for 3 of 7 days and it was cold low 30s in the morning. Frost on the cars. The 3 days that we tuna fished were incredible. Acres and acres of fish.
The days that we were blown out we decided to slog over to Duxbury from GH and the bass were gone. It can be real hit or miss that time of year.
We're taking the week of October 1st this year.
No, I don't have the scientific evidence to back it up, but I would see if you can coincide with the week before the new moon...
