Best Port to Giant Fish From

I know fish show up at different places and times each year. That being said if you had any port in Mass, NH or Maine to fish out of in the month of September into October which would it be? Chatham? Provincetown? Sandwich? Green Harbor? Cape Anne? Saco River? You can add one if I missed one? Also why?
