Saturday late afternoon, we swung into the Race to pick off a few bass for dinner on the way home.
There's a 5-7 yr old kid on a surfboard about 20 yards into the water at the Race. The boat consensus was they should lock up the parents.
Cool sharks......anyways congrats again brahh on the win.

Back in the late 80's and early 90's I was lifeguarding on the outer cape. You never saw seals... ever. We would surf after our shift until dark and never even think of sharks.
Now, I can't imagine going out there unless it was high noon and there was confirmation of no seals in a 5 mile radius.
I'm just waiting for the youtube video of someone trolling off Chatham with an old wetsuit cut out in the shape of a seal pup... "Air Jaws: The Cape Cod Chronicles".
Congrats,Bry!![]()
What was the 1st Place prizes?
I used to surf anywhere from White Crest to North Beach, mostly from the outer beach on Nauset. After getting brushed by a seal under my board I tend to get stay at least 10 feet away from them, they are covered in bacteria.
Well done Al Dente! Cant be 100"+ every time i guess..heh. Congrats Bryan!!!
