    Atlantis Friday

Planning on heading to Atlantis Friday, has anyone heard anything pro or con? I don't recall seeing any reports, good or bad. "The Other Woman" will be on 68 if anyone wants to share intel.

    Friday into Saturday

We will be out there on the Southport 28 somewhere but as others have said the temp charts have been blocked by clouds all week. Any tips would be appreciated, thinking of Veatch or Hydro but still undecided. Southport 28 on 68, good luck to all who fish and be safe.

74-76 degree BLUE water 15 miles south of the Vineyard. Loads of mahi, and I mean schools of mahi, not relating to any flyers, eating trolled and cast. some small, some up to 15 pounds. This water is alive!! We didnt find any tuna, but they have to be there. Acres of spraying bait, skippies, and BIG sharks! If I werent so tired Id upload some pics of a sweet 350+ thresher, and a nice mako. Both caught on the troll for tuna, both landed with NO WIRE!!! Just unbelievable !! An hour plus on a monster thresher on a 30 with no steel & put it in the boat. Just one of those days?? Hope the horseshoe doesnt fall out!!

We were down towards Alvin last week and that water was pretty good. There were good sized yellows in there, Id bet they are still in that neighborhood?? If we run Sat thats where we will end up!!

Hey guys we might be doing a day trip to the canyons tomorrow, probably West Atlantis area. Was hoping for a clear shot on tonights satellite pass so we're still up in the air on where we go. Going to check the sat shot again on the run out. Let me know what the best way to get in touch with you guys tomorrow night(PM, cell, or I can try and post a report) and hopefully I'll have some good stuff to report.

Nice trip Kevin. I would be happy to trade a few less yellowfin for the two whities.

    Good job.
