Rip, do the new electronics have the latest whiz-bang up-to-the-minute weather (doppler images) downloads to watch the t-storms. This should be a good test. That's the chit that will deliver the ass whoopin especially if your surfing home in a CC. As always, be safe and good luck.

The plan is set. Leaving Falmouth @ 0200 going to pull the sticks back at Block and work that tastey temp break just off the edge. Gonna point it north around 1600 or so and hope to make Falmouth for a late dinner

Headed South out of Pt. Judith this morning expecting a good weather day. No wind, but the seas were still on from yesterday. Man, there had to be some 10 ft. holes out there.
At one point a few looked like they were getting ready to break. Made about 15 miles then decided to try some sharking. Two hrs later, no sharks, a sea sick crew, called it a day. Hope it layed down some today. Try it again the weekend. VC |
