Been smoke free fro 15 after smokin for 20. The best thing i ever done was quit smoking. Trust me with every clear breath you take that urge to smoke gets further 7 further away

My wife and I quit 25 years ago after my daughter started flushing full packs down the toilet (at .50 a pack). We fought for 8 months but neither of us have smoked since and no desire to start.

Just do it and watch your kids grow up.

Great Job John, i know how hard it is! I have three years under my belt, don't miss it and have lots of money for tackle! Keep at it, it gets easier by the day!
