This report will be short as Ive been working the water for way too many days in a row, and now ive got ready my house for the big blow, so Ill let the pictures do most of the talking. This trip was another great success which was a nice gesture of the fish gods after a 1 hour delay floating around in the shipping lanes figuring out a mechanical issue that reared its ugly head on the way out.
This one was a shared trip, Jeff Ries, PJ Manno, Scott, and Becca- with Me Hoop and John as Crew. Once again we had Matt working the camera for us, and he did a bang up job of totally beating on his first swordfish- and got him to the boat in 20 minutes.
Total tally was 23 yellowfin, 1 small bluefin, 1 mahi, couple of skipjacks, a small Mako, a healthy swordfish, and 2 -thats right 2 sailfish releases! Heres to hoping that Irene doesnt stir things up too much
