The 29 and the 33 Express run great.

Lax, I run a 2005 28 Albie with 5.7 gas Volvos. I have two bitches, the fuel economy is nowhere near what was advertised, and the previous poster was correct, it has a pronounced snap roll when drifting in a 3-4 foot chop. It's brutal if you're sharking in those conditions, it's very difficult to just hang on. But, if you're steaming beam to in those conditions, it's almost as comfortable as sitting on your couch, it is a terrific 3 -4 foot beam sea and head sea boat. That boat got me home on a day last season (before I became a little more weather savvy) and got caught in a 5 - 7 foot confused sea for 60 miles. I struggled with deciding between the Albemarle and a Carolina Classic, and I decided on the Albie mostly because of fuel capacity. I think that the CC is a prettier boat, especially with the tower, and I think that it has a full 10' beam where the Albie is 9' 6" with a lower freeboard. Hope it helps...
