Looking for Affordable dockage for next season

Plan on getting married next year, so I'm looking to save some coin whenever I can. Marina Bay is hugely expensive but 3 minutes from my house. However, if I could save $30-50 a foot, I'd be willing to consider moving my boat somewhere on the South Shore or SE Mass. All I really need is a dock with fresh water and shore power... don't need shops, bars, restaurants and crap. Boat is 34 ft long with 13.6 ft. beam. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i dont think it gets cheaper on the south shore, what are you paying per ft at marina bay?

Check out our place in Fairhaven - Earl's Marina.
It's small and nothing fancy. Probably polar opposites of Marina Bay. But the price is good - $85/ft this year. Think it's going to $90 in 2011.

I was just checking out Earl's online last night. Think I'll drive down there and check it out... see what the drive from home and the drive to my office in Milford will be like.

Marina Bay is $155 a foot... I spend more on dockage and winter storage than I do on the boat and fuel.

    Thanks.

There's a thread on another forum about some of the montauk marinas. $110 a foot down there. Free ice, bait and pizza delivery. Bars, restaurants and happy endings.

Really nice area that is very protected from weather. Good resteraunts across the street. Only negative is shallow channel in one spot at dead low (3.2ft at the shallowest spot on the strongest tide).
