The Tuna & Shark season is gearing up right now in the Massachusetts Bay - there's a lot of tuna swimming off of Stellwagen Bank. The Labrador's caught 5 keeper tuna recently, all in the 57" range – sending our charter guest’s home with plenty of fresh tuna steaks. Several market fish (above 73") have been caught recently as well.

The shark season is also in full swing - there have been a lot of Porbeagle and Blue Sharks caught recently of the Bank. We think that Greg Sears from Mass Bay Guides is stocking his own aquarium with all the porbeagles he’s been reeling in lately! The ground fishing continues to be good as well - we've been catching a lot of cod, pollock, redfish, and haddock recently.

One type of charter that we've been doing a lot of lately are our children's charters. They leave in the afternoon normally and have been a great success with families. There's a lot to catch inshore off of Scituate Harbor for the kids including flounder, cod, mackerel, pollock, sculpin and raven fish, and we end our trips with lobster pot pulling – a favorite for children and adults alike.
