Wow, see this is why people don't want to post on this site and deal with the drama of other idiots. I had two awesome outings with Capt. Dom and both times he put us on the fish and I had an awesome time and continuously listened as Capt. Dom helped other boats get on the fish, even complete strangers.
Both of you say that you got screwed, while then why didn't you say something about it at the time, obviously scared of confrontation. If you feel you were wronged say something about it at the time and get it fixed then, don't hide behind a keyboard and start drama especially on a fishing report post.

Hi, While i am not a typer, but simpley a lurker. And inhabit multiple sites. I sent Dom a email asking him about a bluefin tuna charter. And because i used another boat, Dom simply flipped out on me and stated that we couldn't handle the fish he gets his customers. I found it pompous and cockey. We have fished with the likes of canyon runner and such. We landed many nice fish, including bigeye. Sorry Dom , your email was uncalled for, and totally unprofessional. We are glad i chose another boat.

You never gave me any contact info, only cryptic emails, which I considered a joke, and still do....Fact is, I definitely wouldnt want every single person out there as a customer, as certain personalities sometimes clash, wouldnt expect everyone to want to charter me either, for the same reason...glad you chose another boat, and that you caught, whoever you really are....

One thing, you are certainly getting me some extra publicity with your internet keyboard volleys.....

OK I will say this ... I've chartered Dom for the last 5 years maybe and spent a crazy amount of money with his services. I've sharked with him, Tuna fished with him, run and gunned with him and won tournaments with him. I trusted my son who is an amazing offshore angler with him. Everything aside I don't know a fishier guy who just out right produces. Period end of story. The guy is a fish magnet but he doesnt baby sit and is hard core.

He doesnt pull punches and always tells it exactly how he sees it. Some people dont like it but he is the most honest guy I know. If you think you have an issue with him simply call him up and rectify it. He is always fair. Don't slander him in public.

Simple, call him directly and dont try to ruin his name it wont work.

I've never met or heard of this guy, Dom, but I understand he beats his kids and cuts down protected redwoods.... Give me a break the guy posted 3 times in this thread and each time handled himself with more class than called for given the bullshit attacks. Nice job with those tuna, btw.

I'm pretty sure Dom can stick up for himself, and his replies just confirm, what many will attest to, him being a stand up guy.

I've never chartered w/ Dom, nor actually met him on land, but he has always been more than helpful to me otw, and very generous in offering advice and intel. If I were to charter, I would go w/ him in a second.

If you had an issue on a charter, there are certainly better ways to get it resolved vs blasting off on a public forum - especially one where the guy you are blasting is a valued & contributing member.

As for complaining about a guy that didn't cost you a dime? Dude (refuseguy), call Oprah. Maybe she can help you work thru your compulsion for ball sucking...

I confronted him 3 times on the water when the dope ran up on us while we were hooked up. as usual he gave his phone number of the radio and told us to call him with any problems.

Comedy, pure comedy. Who are you, so I can buy you a beer for the best laugh I have had in a while now.

I do love the fact that the first time I post on here in quite some time....well, considering the original report only garnered 900 views in a over a week, and they have almost doubled now in one afternoon...
