    5/17 Fluke/ bass F.I. & Race

Went out with the Porgy Boy's (My father & Uncle) and Capt Vit. Went to the south of Fishers because I didn't feel like making the trek to Montauk. Bounced around at a few depths and caught one 20.5". Ended up out at the Race and took 6 bass 28.5-32". Nothing big, but nice first trip. Good friends and a few fish. All on the out going tide.

Thanks for the post, and just a small bit of info. Big fish are also here and hungry. Stay closer to the mainland.

Thanks for the report Wetline, did you get them on the incomming or outgoing on the west end? Also just FYI, if you like Shad Roe, you might wanna try that Striper Roe sometime. Mmmm.

Not us. We came out of the Thames and headed back in that way. Wetline- Saw that tug too. Diamond jigs were the main thing but hit on 3-way as well.
