    2010 tuna tournament

I was reading the rules for the monster shark tourney and I started reading them for the tuna tourney, it says .....

"Only blue fin tuna with a curved fork length between 47”and under 73” will count for score. Tuna under 47” will be disqualified and tuna over 73” will be disqualified."

how is this going to work hence you cant keep any above the 59 inch.

so does this mean you can only weigh a fish from 47 -59?? please correct if i am wrong here.
