I was not so unhappy the fish fell off before end game. It was going to all be on me - boat, sea state, leader, harpoon and tailrope and this worked out best for all concerned.
Fishy still lives so someone can commercially harvest it next year.
Thanks for putting me on a fish yesterday Larry, that in itself was a victory considering the lack of bite and crew. I learned a lot but mostly that this is a team game, and given the slim chance of the end game sucess it's best we did not kill a tuna for trying. Really fun but tough day today I'm pretty sore between the cranking of rods and that long ride back, I think I'll stick to the bay for a little while, but as Arnold saws "I'll be back" Thanks again!
