Youtube Jigging Videos

I watch a lot of them on there and just found tonight that there is a HIGH QUALITY option right under the screen if you actually go to the youtube site.

I have been embedding them here, which I like to do. Does anyone know how to embed the high quality version. There is quite a bit of difference.

Check out the quality difference using that setting. Right under the Views counter, you will see the clicky.

I think even the sound is better?

Try this, add &fmt=18 to the end of the video link, like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYLgix1w0Js&fmt=18

That seems to work really well. Takes you right to the High Quality link.

Also, if you have a Youtube account and are logged in, you can set the default to always show the higher quality video (so you wont need the &fmt=18 trick) by going here:
