What rod for Quantum Cabo PT80

Hi everyone...im a newbie in vertical jigging. I have a Quantum Cabo PT80 reel with a Shimano Trevala 50-100 rod, the problem is that the reel seat of the 50-100 is too small for the Quantum, what other rods, not necesary it needs to be a trevala, do you recomend?
Im from Puerto Rico, will be fishing on the northatlantic may be at 200-400 ft.
    Thanks everyone in advance.

Get up with Mike Pederson of Riley Rods. They are great rods and are the best I've used so far. They're also reasonably priced for a custom rod and they are well worth it. My Quantum 80 works great on mine. You can use that store credit on line and lots of jigs.

The next bite on a jig.
Hey Paul. Anuvat was asking why people flip that first guide around on jiggers. I know why they do it on planer rods, but what about jiggers? I see the first one flipped on that rod.

Notice my use of the shift key. Just saying.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to get my money back from my local tackle shop.
Those are some sweet rods!! May be later on will upgrade to a custom rod.I was looking forward to the Trevala because of its warranty, keep suggestions coming! Thanks!

$200.00 total with your tackle shop refund? I think what you're trying to do is get the rod at your local tackle shop in order to get your credit?
