Looks like a squirrelfish to me

It definitely isn't a squirrel. I think it is a small queen snapper

That one I can answer for sure - Commercial Bandit reel. They make them in a variety of styles - Not sure who made the one in the picture.

The fish is a Queen Snapper (Etelis oculatus).

Are queen snappers good to eat? I prefer most snapper just not sure how a queen snapper would taste.
