    Jim,
    I believe that was my report. The phideaux landed a 210# bft on saturday. I think a couple smaller ones might have also been caught. Haphazard was almost spooled by two fish (double header) and both fish spit the hook- had to have been bluefins. A couple other boats also had large fish on with a lot of line stretched out...just no luck on landing them. I talked to a longliner that caught no yfts but did release numerous short bfts...

    Looks like a 70 mile run for the bluefins today. I'd bet money there are a few in there though.

    Thanks for the report and pics. Some friends and I will be heading to Hatteras the first weekend in Feb jigging for blackfin. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the new jigs I got from you about a month ago. Wish us luck!

    It kills me. I send out stuff and can't ever put together names with screen names. Every once in a while someone puts their screen name in the order message. That helps me put 2 and 2 together.
