    i could see a mix between the guy in the original post and Matusani would be pretty deadly - i feel like that pause is the perfect "ooooo, im gonna get it!" moment for the fish

    Dark corners of my mind.

    I ate back at that restaurant again tonight. I caught myself slowing down, just to make the experience last longer. I have never been to a place that can grill fish like they can.
