I do wish you all luck with the trip down! Weather can affect all things and I wish I could go with you all. Ty thanks for the good word, I'd be ready at a moments notice to fill in! ...sleeping in the car would be an option as well

Welcome to the site. You know you my jigging buddy so I will take good care of you when I can. I just got my sleeping bags ready and I would even sleep in the car, outside or what ever it takes... I just want to get out on the water and jig. Last year when I did the AJ trip for the first time it was trip to remember that is for sure. Ty |

The jigs did kick some AJ ass that is for sure. I used Jim's Eastern Tackle jigs. He makes some good stuff at a great price. If you like the Nagamasa jig then you would like the Eastern Tackle long jig "Ayasugi". Which has a special place in my tackle bag because I won the naming contest for it last year. Another favorite of mine is the Sand Flea. It has a crazy dancing motion. I caught a Longfin Tuna last fall using the blue sandflea jig and it was the only jig that produced tuna trip. Of course the potroast flat side jigs rock also. Ty |

Hopefully this weekend will come together. I might be seen dropping a 400g Katana a little myself.
![]() We can always squeeze in one more at the house if we need to. We will make room. Tomorrow I will make the call one way or another.
