I have a stella 8000 I want to use for popping for schoolie BFT.I am concerned about line capacity.What do you'll think.

i have seen where guys use that reel
and it seems to work pretty well
i think for popping you may be able to use 60# line

I have it spooled with 50# and have mounted it on a 50#OTI popping rod igot from TJ two weeks ago.What do you think?

Thankyou for reply Paul.I would like to call you and talk about what popper's are working for you'll.I will be coming up to cast for BFT in August and September and want to have proper popper's.I am new to popping and look forward to it.
