I could be in, i don't really want to lend out my RTV molds but i have a lot jighead molds and a smaller do-it diamond jig. I could also offer up some unfinished jigs and some plugs that i have been pour with plastic.
Here are 3 different lures that I worked on this week. I use them mainly for striper fishing and tarpon fishing. THe hydro stickbait is also for tuna when they are on top. These type of lure are expensive to make on the initial purchase but after that I am able to make hundreds of plugs that swim exzctly the way I want them to. No more limitations of what the factory makes. I think I made about 4 lures of these three from nothing to painted in one hour. They still need eyes and clear coat.

Jig42na,
What are those molds made of? They look good.
Fishduck
The molds that jig42na is using are made from 75-60 RTV Liquid Urethane Mold Rubber from http://www.uscomposites.com/moldmaking.html
and are casted using aluminite casting resin http://www.alumilite.com/ProdDetail....milite%20White
We have been making the plugs just like the jigs but with different materials. A cool thing about the casting resin is you can add micro ballons to change the densitys to make them float or sink and you can also add lead on the through wire before casting. The casting resin is extremly durable and the plugs will have no problem holding up to big tuna.
