I got informed that the rod company needs field testing of the new carbon rods with 100 lbs lifting power before they make productions and ask me to find field testers as they can provide the jigging rods for $280 plus $20 shipping within the US with limited numbers.

    250g, 350g and 450g are available with the lengh of 5', 5'2" and 5'4".

The maker is one of leader of new carbon rods in the world. The quality is as good as Japanese jigging rods as some well known Japanese jigging rods are made from the company as OEM.
It is not economic rods. The rods should be sold over $500 when they are introduced.

    Kil,
are they planning on producing any popping rods?

This super carbon makes me think i may be able to get a rod that can cast and then fight like a jigging rod - sounds PERFECT!!! about 7'6"??

When you were with them did you hear anything on this subject?

Thanks, it just got me wondering

I used to use 8' rod for tuna jigging and long rods still have their places for tuna jigging.

The offer is expired as the number of rods are very limited and I have enough fishermen interested now.
I am very happy with the action and the performance of the rods on the recent Panama trip. I am going to test the rod for giant in 400 - 800 lbs this year.
