Suffix Splice???

After using thousands of yards of sufix braid, I finaly found a splice in it. I was fortunate that I found it at the very end of filling up my TN40N. I was under the impression that they did not splice in the middle of spools like I've seen so many time in Power Pro. I would of been pissed if it went in the middle of my trinidad.

Can you return lines in it with a SPlice? My buddy did in the Vineyard one year because he bought a 300yrd PP and it had 3-4 ugly splices in before we got to the end of the spool.

That sucks .... I would assume that if I ordered 1200 yards of line it would be 1200 yards of uninterrupted line. Why trust someone elses know and why by the bigger spool if it is spliced? I would be pissed and return it.

I used to be on the sufix pro staff and I have seen some absolutely wonderful things from that company. There is no better monofilament than sufix superior for trolling. I have used them all and its THE best. Period.

I have also used invisaline flourocarbon and banked on it commercial tuna fishing without hesitation.

Their braid however has sucked from day 1.

Sufix Quality
