saragosa 1800 drag problems still or fixed ?

That is a 24 million dollar question. I guess you have to contact Shimano on line and see if they can tell you the difference so you can identify it. Or just contact Shimano and ask them to send you a new one and be done with it.

It took me a few months to get mine.....they sent the part to me,that attaches to the knob,about 6 weeks ago(looks the same as old one)......then I just got the complete drag knob sent to me,last week,that also looks the same????
Anyway,shimano is on top of it,but I still cannot tell the difference between the new one ,and the old one......my saragosa 14000 is one of the first ones from last spring,so I am guessing it had the old style on it.
