    That Saltist 50 will easily hold 400-500yds of 80lb braid!!! The line capacity on that reel for 30# mono is 350yds, and 80lb braid has a diameter equivalent to 18# mono. So you do the math!

    Alltackle has 1800 yd spools. I just got one to get me through the summer

    unless you need all of that capacity, you can back it with mono and then top it off with a 300 yard spool.

    It will hold 600 plus of Power Pro and the Boat Brid is just a little thinner. I think I put about 900 yards of Boat Braid on a Torsa 30.
