mozza- those are some bruisers dude...what kind of fish is in that last pic? Maybe it's just the angle but I couldn't make it out.

3 guys...3 hours later, lid will not close... oh ya we also got a 33 pound Wahoo on a live squid that we jiged up. Wahoo was on 20 pound same rod that I would jig with sometimes...





12 pound test...18 pound Warsaw

Other than putting on a school of jijing, nothing, that grouper was 1 of 2 that was to big for the cooler and he was asking what are we going to do now...I said keep fishing...

shoefish we just call them snapper(Pagrus auratus) but thats one of the biggest I have caught on a jig to date. in august we managed to get 3 snapper over 20lb on my boat which I was very very happy. They fight really hard.



here is a little Gt I got somewhere off Lombok in indonesia I think(obviously at the start of the surf trip judging by my pasty skin)
