My god this fish is huge. Do they eat like grouper? Also is this on the video you sent me?

That fish we call a "Bass" but its proper name is a "wreakfish". We catch them in the same grounds as Grouper (Hapuka) and they seem to feed the same. They are suckers for deep jigs and will even chase a jig to eat it.

Fish like this one appeared in my DVD that you have.

Bass are one of the best eating fish around! Although Bass grow to huge sizes, the flesh remains tender and delicious!
Fish like this Bass are slow growing, about 1lb each year so this old boy was around 114yrs old! I had momentry pangs of guilt but my pangs of hunger over took them .
