These will just add salt to the wound then.

    Morning inlet shot

The tilefish stop. Steves first drop yeilded a 14lb tile

    Pete getting busy...I'm mean jiggy

    The green boat

My big pull and my largest fish on a jig yet, pushing the 70"mark. I have some great video of the release that I will get up soon. The fight was 19 minutes.

    Pete celebrating the day

They are headed that way. Over the past week they were moving 10-20 miles north every day.

I think this may have been last go around for NC. There will be some straglers, but I feel like they are pointed north.

    Awesome guys.

Congrats! Looks like you got their number Jim.

Way to go with Phat Shorty Pete but it took some talent to land that big one. I bet that Daiwa was smoking!

Nice Tiles Steve but I know you are itching for your shot!

ya we were out there yesterday hooked 2 yellowfin at about 9 or so landed 1 and i dont want to talk about the other. But then we trolled around for a while and with nothing and then we decided to troll up north to about the 600 or so where they were catching the bluefin and caught an albecore on the way but decided to run got up there and never got a bite. i guess we got there a little late because i know that there were more than a few bluefin caught in that area.

sea dragin that picture of the ducks on the way in was crazy i saw them too but did you see them all piled up in the morning about where the crack meets the real channel i couldnt beleive hoe many birds there were right there. wish i had my camera on me.
