    I've had one since the Christmas before last. They are awesome jigging reels (if you like spinners)

    This is mine in the video on a saltiga jigging rod.

    ...also if you want JDM stuff like this, reelsseller on ebay is the man.

    we've been selling the reel in our shop for the past 4 years
    the Saltiga series is been out in the market close to 6 years now, to bad that we had to wait that long to have them introduce to the US market
    in another week from now Daiwa will launch a new replacement of this reel for the Japanese market, so you better wait because i think they will make a lot of adjustment

    I know saltiga's have been out....I was under the impression this was a new addition called "expedition". Just call me a dummy haha

    Picked up one on ebay via reelsmart tackle....great prices!

    It is by far the smoothest spinner I've used...loaded it up with PE and it's now attached to a 500g Riley Rod.

    I think tackle companies are loving the new vertical jigging scene too when they can charge $1000 for a spinning reel!!!
