New Penn Torque Spinning Reel? Jiggable?

I was doing some research and looking at the new Penn TRQS9 TORQUE Spinning Reel and was wondering if anyone else had a chance to take a look at it and see if its a jigging reel? Here are the specs for it. it has enough capacity to hold the braid and the gear ratio seems lower than the Peen Torque Conventional reel i use for jigging. Yet the Shimano Saragosa 18000F has a 4:9:1 gear ratio. Which my dad uses for jigging.

Braid Capacity is 65-575 yards
80-490 yards
100-425 yards
Max Drag - 41 lb.
Bearings - 7-1
Gear Ratio 5:1:1

Also here is the link for the website at Tackle Direct.com the reel is available until December so i am not in an rush on buying a new reel.
