I just finished building an OTI 600gr jigging rod and love the feel of the blank! A Super Seeker Hercules 60H or 60XH would also nicely match up with the Saragosa 18000 ( I did the 60H for mine) as well, but the blanks are more expensive!

Another option would be the OTI 7'6" 2 piece. Have it set up for popping; it will work for jigging and will do 25# of drag! Very strong rod with a very nice action to it. That way you can do topwater or jig with the same rod/reel combo.
