The next bite on a jig.

    Name Contest #2 - WLB

What you see here is our entire summers work, FINALLY COMPLETE. Most of the pics we took and the video were the result of prototypes of the jig shown below. Pete pulled one out of a box of prototypes and dropped it. I don't think it made it to the bottom before getting slammed. And the project was named WLB (for Whitelakebuck) from that point on.

Now that they are here, its time give Project WLB a name.

The contest ends on Friday 12-19. The winner will receive a gift pack of jigs. Good luck to all.

Just a little about it. Its a Tri-metal jig, so its super hard, with good weight balance and smoothness. Killer for midwater jigging. It comes in the standard colors, Potroast and the new Pigroast color. Also there are 4 glow colors.

I'd call them the "Kamikazee" line.

This is more of midwater species jig...ie: tuna, AJ's and others.

For groupers I would recommend a diamond jig, my classic flat in pot roast color or a dunkshot.

I haven't caught but a few fish on the long style jigs, I have had 99.9 % of my success on a Shimano or shimano knockoff regular jig. Post what color you are calling potroast!!!
