MHC 11/7 partial report

I posted the full trolling and bottom bouncing report in Box’s form, but wanted to put the jigging specific report here. We fished ½ trolling for Wahoo and ended up to some spots I had marked in the spring and that have been productive for us on Reds, Scamp and 5+lb Trigger fish. We catch something every time we fish it, it is about 180 ft deep.

Really over all it was a slow day fishing the guys dropping bait caught the normal bottom fishing stuff.

I caught this baby on the first drop of the first drift, it is my personal best Gag at 33 inches.





I’m sure Sea Draggin will give someone a dollar if they can guess the jig hanging from her mouth.

These pics are why I do what I do. I try to bring the best jigs in that I can, from design to finish, at the best price I can offer. Its never been about the business for me, its been about this stuff.

Nice gag! Wish I had a ride this weekend. The weather was beautiful and I was sitting on the beach watching the boats in the distance.

I was dreaming of having my pot roast katana hanging out of a gag's mouth too
