It is open to public. I suggest to call before visiting my shop as I want customers to come when I am at the shop.![]()
Double D,
Thanks for visiting my shop today. It was funny that he had hard time to find my shop as he was looking for a tackle shop on the street.
Please call me if anyone visit my shop this week. I fly down to Florida tomorrow morning to visit ICAST show and fly back tomorrow night so that I fish bluefin on Friday.

Well, that was a neat experience. Felt like I was part of a secret club, or trying to enter a 1920's speakeasy
Yes, I was looking for a tackle shop, not an office building. photo below of the front of the building so others don't get lost like I did.
That Kil is a great guy. He didn't know me from adam, but when he didn't have the rod I needed, he pulled a $400 JM off the shelf and said bring it back later.
All you hard core jiggers and poppers need to make the pilgrimage, well worth the trip
Nice meeting you, Double D.
It was not hard decision to give you brand new rod for use because you came a long way to get the rod you want and I didn't have it in stock. Besides, I was going to test the rod myself.
I may not be a good businessman, but I mostly trust fishermen. I seldom met bad fishermen.
I have one philosophy how to run my shop. I like to run as a fisherman's point of view, not owner's point of view.
You'll never see me to push any product to buy. I try to give several alternatives for customers to choose and I give my opinions on each product. There is no such a thing one product is better than the other as we choose a car based on your need and taste.
I have half hour talk with a guy on the phone yesterday answering questions. At the end of talk, I recommended to contact other shops which have right tackles he wants.
The purpose of my shop is to provide right tackles in right direction. I try to carry as many as right tackles and am constantly looking for those products. However, it is a right way to give directions where to buy if i don't have them instead of trying to sell my products.
Good products sell themselves.
After long considerations and experiments, I finally decide to carry Ron-Z lures and Bill Hurley lures for bluefin popping. They are two of the best in the market.
I found Ron and Bill are avid fishermen themselves and they spent lots of time to develop their products. I am just happy to find right tackles as well as avid fishermen.
It is funny I spend more time to talk about fishing instead of discussing with the products with them.![]()
Kil-
Will you be there tomorrow and are the OTI's in? I want to give your rod back (didn't get a chance to use it)
Going bluefin hunting friday if the weather cooperates
