    Thumbs up Kevlar Fishing Line

Where can I get the Kavlar line for making assist hooks, I was reading GMans article about jigging and making your own hooks and thought I'd give it a shot.

    Thanks in advance

that sounds like what dive shops sell. i think the 500# would be more easy to work with as well. i am making some hooks up with 1000# and it is kinda big.

People in model rocketry stuff use it as shock cords. I bought 20' of 400# test stuff for $.51 a foot. It isn't braided, but is 3 strands twisted together.
