Jigging & Popping report with some trolling in Panama!!

Several people have asked for a report on my trip so will post a brief report with pictures.
Went to Panama for 8 day's and fished for 5 day's.We fished out of Boca Chica with the Panama Sportfishing Lodge. The Lodge was great, food was excellent, boat's ran perfect and fishing was great.I had hoped to be able to jig more but the bite was very good at Hannibal Bank for Marlin and Tuna.We did a lot of jigging and popping and caught a lot of fish but it was hard not to take advantage of lot's of Marlin.
    I have 3 new favorite lure's: Hammered Diamond Jig, Tackle House Shibuki,and Robert's Ranger.All three lure's worked very well.Oh yea,one more live Bonita's,big ones!!
I took over 400 photo's but will post only a few unless you'll want more.
I am going back sometime between November and February and if anyone is intrested let me know and I will give full details on next trip. It's not that expensive.
One more thing,Panama Sportfishing Lodge and owner John De La Cruz were awesome.First class fishing experience!!!
You'll need to go down there and check it out.You will not regret it,I promise!
I am know going to try and post some pictures, you'll bear with me.

Actually, thats my son, Bret, helping Dave with the tuna. But I appreciate the reference. Wish I was still that young and good-looking!

And it is a very nice tuna, Dave. Congrats!

That's some pretty work right there Dave. From marlin jumping in the background to sushi on the plate to langostinos on the grill. Glad you had a great time down there and glad you got to experience Panama fishing with one of the best captains down there. Congratulations.
