    We actually jig 750gr jigs when we deep drop here in VA.. Water depth is from 400-900ft..

    Jigged this wreck fish last week on 750 gram in 720 ft of water. It was definitely not AJ style rip through the water, but it was jigged. Rod was a St. Croix Premier saltwater conventional SWC66HF with a Torium 20 reel. It felt good though.
