hey guys! THESE RODS ARE AWESOME!!! the best production rods i personally have ever seen, hands down. i cant tell you how happy i am with them.

let me just say that again because i literally cant get over it myself - the quality of these rods far exceeds anything i have EVER seen from a manufacturer. I have only seen this type of quality from the HIGH END big money custom rods!

there is a 5'6" 250g and a 5'2" 350g. They are both getting dedicated Saragosa's, but the 350 will probably share the stella(once i pony up and buy the damn thing!).

i tried to get how nice the grip section of this rod was in one photo - but i cant. its SO NICE! split butt, perfect proportions, top quality looks!



this was supposed to be of how cool the carbon was under the wrap, but it came out fuzzy!!



i love the taper on the "fighting grip", couldnt be more comfortable!

If you dont have plans on getting one of these - change your plans! factory or custom - get one. the 250g is going to be my Gulf rod, it can handle anything the gulf can throw at it!

yea, i am, but i dont have plans to go fishing, so they will just be better pics of whats already there. unfortunately, probably no bent photos unless topper has some numbers he wants to share...

Thanks Mike for your kind words of Black Hole Cape Cod Special rods. They are special rods for me as I am involved in designing of the rods.
I have no doubt that these rods are one of the strongest ever made as latest Mitsubishi Nano carbon materials and technologies are used.

I am pretty satisfied with the strength and parabolic action of the rods.. Professional rod builders examined the craftmanship of the rods and they gave very high marks.
But I feel the appearance of the rods need some improvement. The feedbacks from users are important and I'll continue to improve/upgrade the rods for better.

I demonstrated bending test at the show. my bending test is to try to break rods with my hands. i even showed in front of broadcasting camera yesterday.

The 450g BH Cape Cod Special rods will be tested for cow on the long range boats ( Intrepid and the Royal Star) next month.
