    The next bite on a jig.
    Lets start here:

    Choosing the RIGHT Jigging Rod

    What are you going to be fishing for?
    Depth? --> Jig Weight?

    Are you jigging or popping and what kind of budget are you working with? What type of fish is the target?

    Looking for a production line rod or custom?

    I might take a little heat but i have a saragusa 18000 loaded with 80# powerpro mounted on a Trevala TVS-58XXH and the combo has kicked many a big fishys arse
    Just last weekend I was able to bring to leader a #300+ bull shark in 15 min I was very impressed
    Keep in mind shimano put millions of dollers into research and development of thier products (and with a lifetime warranty) rest assured they aint puttin no junk on the shelves
    With that said I would love to try a custom like a JPR or a smiths or a blue rose but right now the ol shimano is gettin her dun

    I have something in common with with you jaws, I set up a great package just for jigging, but now the saragosa 18000's are backordered. I am left with what I know as the best rods period, and am now scrambling for a real to match these rods. I will post the pictures:good rod for a saragosa 18000-img_0156.jpg

    good rod for a saragosa 18000-img_0153.jpg Sorry for the clarity of the pictures, if you can't see the name it is Anglers envy you can find them at www.anglersenvy.com, I won't buy another rod period from anybody else, Kevin Knox builds all my rods to match the others and out of the best for what my budget is, these are made with jigging master blanks

    I came over here from another site to do some research on jigging, there was a guy on the other site, that had two of these break on his first fish, good luck with them

    only thing you have in common with me is the need for oxygen...you're a friggin' asshat,you got no clue what the hell you're talking about,and you're an alcoholic...you live in a fantasy world,you're buying a 38' blackfin,then you're buying a downeaster,then,you're repowering the boat you have-you've got a few screws loose in that juiced up head of your's...you wouldn't know a fish if it swam up your ass-do me a favor,do not reply to anything i type,if i want your opinion,i'll give it to you...you can lick me...

    any of that,i would gladly repeat to your drunk ass...got it ??

    funny,on another site,you claimed you just ordered jigging sticks,and you ordered reels too ?? a liar needs a good memory...here's some good advice,put the bottle down...

    I'm guessing there is some history here that none of us know about?

    Tell us a story.
