Bluefin jigging festival at Hatteras tomorrow
10 jig fishermen are coming down to Hatteras from NY/NJ to jig bluefin on the Bite Me and on the God Speed out of Hatteras Harbor, NC tomorrow.
IF tuna still stay there, they are going to experience one of the best bluefin jigging the East Coast can offer and have tons of fun catching bluefin in 100 - 150 lbs range on jigs.
We are leaving in four hours.

Bite me
Hell Yeah! Go get 'em Kil! Good luck to everyone tomorrow!

I am also finding that 5 per boat is a good number for jigging and also limiting my groups to 5. Good call.

I wish Jay hat a sat phone and I had the number. Would love to give some real time reporting.
Just did a quick check...the wind should be starting to turn around to NE and they should get about 3 decent hours before it gets going again.

Good thing was I got the right sizes of blueifn I wanted for years. Bad thing was I lost all three bluefin, probably all over 200 plus lbs.
I'll post full report when I go back to NJ.
