Avet HX Rapter and Seeker Hercules

I am looking at buying a jigging set up for BFT and groundfish for the New England area. I was looking at the combination of the new Seeker Hercules 6' 50-100lb paired with a Avet HX Rapter 2 speed spooled with 80lb JB with a 20' topper of 80lb flouro. Is this a good combo? I know it will work well for the groundfish but am curious about this years class of tuna. They should be 200-250lb this fall. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Those reels were made for catching supercow yellowfin on the west coast. I'd have to imagine that they would handle a big bluefin pretty well...then again I know nothing about bluefin...

The specs on the reels look like they are up to the task.

i have done alot of rods for guys using the HX.
    they seem nice.
i looked at the herc at the somerset show.
    they seemed ok.
i may do a april special with the herc blanks.
i think it would be a good setup.
another choice would be the black hole blank.
