Anyone interested in doing a Blackfin trip in NC?

I am toying with the idea of putting a trip together down there. I have one other guy interested. Let me know if anyone has any interest.

I am interested in both Blackfin and a tile trip out of Oregon Inlet. I have a deposit with a Hatteras boat right now that is riding from a blown out trip, but I'm not going to be available until February.

I have to work until Jan 15th but then I have month off, I will be down either OI or HI at every nice weather break, where ever the water is better.

Blackfins, bottom fish or Bluefins, whatever wants a free boat ride in the icebox...

I can go in Feb and that actually works better for me and my other buddy too.

When are you thinking of going? I am always interested if I am available. Plus I had my appendix taken out on Christmas Eve so I don't know exactly when I'll be back in action after the surgery.

I'll keep you posted as we talked about last night. I just need 2 weeks for my stitches to come out and then I'm ready. I'll find out some more info from Capt Ken if he is interested.

Im definiatly interested in running the trip, like I told you last night we can also get a jump on landing a few Slob AJ'S as well, I have the ##'s from were we pulled a few 100lb plus fish a couple weeks ago, they were thick!!!! Blackfins in the same area... Later Ken

Don't know how I missed this post...but Feb works great for me too! I am going to try jigging this weekend and see how my healing is going...but Feb I'll def be up for it.
