FL Zincs and Paint in FL

Deep or someone else in Florida, how often do you change your zincs and get your bottom painted?
I just moved to a new marina and they have their own bottom cleaner. The old cleaner never mentioned any of this but the write up from the new guys said:
    Spotty Hull Paint…..needs bottom paint

    Zinc are worn ….need replacement

    Shaft plates worn

    Hardware corroded

Just checking on how often you need these changed in FL?

I don't know about Florida but in NC and the current we have... in the summer, bottom needs cleaning once a month and bottom is painted once a year with zincs changed at least once a year.

For zincs it varys from dock to dock... If iot has metal floaters or sumberged cables the life on a zinc can be short. The basin at my marina is real bad... Two months and its change time.
Bottom paint is sthe same story. Water flow if its good should last a bit over a year on good petit paint. Either ablative or Supertrop... If the water is fairly stagnant or lots of fresh/brackish intrusion. She will dirty up pretty quick. Depending on how bad. Two months sitting can have you sporting a bunch of oysters...
When I'm in water I do my best to fire off and just put in and out of gear(s) a few times every day. This helps...
