If I follow what you are asking for, you have 2 steps;
1) Capture the video from Youtube
2) Edit videos together...


For #1, The latest version of RealPlayer has a video capture utility built in, that will grab Youtube (and other embedded video), and will convert it to the format of your choice.

For #2, You need video editing software - I use Pinnacle 11, but any will do... Join the video, add audio as you see fit...
