If it's just for the boat I like the third one. If you're thinking about using the same design for t-shirts, hats, etc, I like the oval around it.

The first one grabs my eye the most. You want people to see it and see it clearly. I would go with number one.

Number one makes the most sense from a marketing standpoint. Easier to make those into smaller decals as well.
