I am real partial to A Christmas Story as I grew up listening to Gene Sheppard's stories. I remember him narrarating the basis for the movie on the radio back in the 1960s. Anyone who does't know Gene Shepaprd should read his books (ie In god we Trust; all others pay cash). His sotries always remind me of my Grandmother who was the one who introduced me to his stories.

But for my money and Christmas I would choose the 1947 movie White Christmas. Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Mitzi Gaynor. SNOW, SNOW, SNOW

    Merry Christmas to all .....................

I have to agree. I'm an old fart and grew up in the 50's and 60's. I can relate to most of the movie! Makes me remember what is was like growing up back then. Brings back alot of good memories!

Yeah I gotta go with "A Christmas Story " . The TV show "The Wonder Years "was just like it . It reminded me of the way that i grew up . Hey Al, we caught 3 right out front yesterday . Bill said it was the best Christmas present that he got and he got it from Neptune
